At zevrulinthaworks, we stand behind our financial education programs. This comprehensive refund policy ensures you understand your rights and our procedures for processing refunds.

1 Refund Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund from zevrulinthaworks, your request must meet specific criteria. We've designed these requirements to be fair while protecting the integrity of our educational programs.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • Course completion must be less than 25% of total content
  • All downloadable materials must be deleted and confirmed
  • No violations of our terms of service or community guidelines
  • Original payment method must be verifiable and active
  • Refund reason must be clearly stated and documented

2 Refund Process Timeline

Our refund process is designed to be transparent and efficient. Here's what you can expect when you submit a refund request:

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Digital Products
Online courses, e-books, and digital materials are eligible for refunds within 30 days if less than 25% has been accessed. All downloaded content must be deleted before refund approval.
Live Sessions
Webinars and live training sessions can be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Coaching Programs
One-on-one coaching sessions must be cancelled 48 hours in advance for refund eligibility. Completed sessions cannot be refunded, but unused sessions are eligible for pro-rated refunds.
Subscription Services
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with refunds pro-rated to the cancellation date. Annual subscriptions are refundable within the first 30 days of purchase.

3 Payment Method & Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method whenever possible. Different payment methods have varying processing times:

  • Credit cards: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Debit cards: 7-10 business days after approval
  • Bank transfers: 10-14 business days after approval
  • Digital wallets: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Malaysian bank accounts: 7-10 business days after approval

If your original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Additional processing fees may apply for alternative payment methods.

4 Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Completed courses or programs (100% content accessed)
  • Custom consulting services after delivery
  • Third-party software or tools purchased through zevrulinthaworks
  • Physical materials after shipping confirmation
  • Services purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations

5 Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on usage and circumstances:

  • Unused portions of multi-part courses or programs
  • Remaining balance of coaching packages
  • Pro-rated refunds for subscription cancellations
  • Damaged or defective physical products
  • Service interruptions lasting more than 48 hours

Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the unused portion of your purchase and the time elapsed since purchase.

Important Note
All refund requests are subject to review and approval. zevrulinthaworks reserves the right to deny refunds that don't meet our eligibility criteria or violate our terms of service.
